Let October in!
Here dies another day during which I have had eyes, ears, hands and the great world around me; and with tomorrow begins another.
Why am I allowed two?
G.K. Chesterton
(found this quote on someone else's blog and loved it)
The list of God's great blessings continues. I've missed posting to this community in the last MONTH! It's really been that long.
Last Friday, I began a gratitude list with my 7th and 8th graders. One sweet student had come in with tears because her mama was in the hospital. We prayed for her, and then I said, "This is the perfect time to start our list! When things seem the worst, we need to remember how our Father is loving us all the time." We may begin our own blog and join the Gratitude Community; I'll let you know what happens.
